Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic project coordinator who thrives on organizing, coordinating, and driving digital projects forward. Someone who enjoys collaborating with both colleagues and clients while keeping an overview in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will work on multiple projects simultaneously, from websites and apps to custom software. You ensure everything runs smoothly, that clients are well supported, and that the team knows what needs to be done.

A key part of this position is providing client support. You will often be the main point of contact for client questions regarding their application or digital environment. You assist them, solve questions independently, and escalate more complex requests to our development team.

A strong digital foundation is essential for this role. You have a hands-on mentality, feel comfortable with various online tools and CMS systems, and can quickly and independently learn new systems. Good command of Dutch and English is required, as communication with clients and colleagues will take place in both languages. Experience with UX or development is a plus.

This role is for someone who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day execution of projects and takes pride in getting things done.

What will you be doing?

You will work in our versatile team on a variety of digital projects. You ensure everything stays organized and that clients are assisted quickly and effectively – both within projects and through support requests. Your responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating multiple digital projects simultaneously
  • Acting as a liaison between clients and team members
  • Answering and resolving client questions
  • Escalating more complex issues to developers and following up on progress
  • Using project and support tools to organize tasks and planning
