As a Lead Developer, you’ll have the opportunity to tackle challenging digital problems and take on a coaching role within our development team. SowiesoDigital develops tailor-made digital solutions, ranging from websites to large platforms and applications. Our technical stack is diverse, primarily PHP-based, ranging from (headless) WordPress to Laravel, and primarily front-end in ReactJS/NextJS.
Joining us means being part of a passionate team with streamlined communication. You’ll have the freedom to work on multiple projects, both agile and using the waterfall method, while maintaining an overview of technical processes and projects. Additionally, you’ll act as a resource for fellow developers, answering technical queries, providing guidance, and sharing knowledge to strengthen our team.
You’re responsible for the quality and performance of the codebase. Understanding and translating technical requirements into functional solutions is a challenge you’re up for. You’ll also explore new technologies and methods to enhance processes and our technical stack. Your adaptable and customer-focused approach makes it easy to share knowledge and experience, and you communicate proficiently in Dutch and English.
We expect you to be available for more than 32 hours per week, with a minimum of 2 days at our office in Halfweg.
