Job description

As a web developer, you are an integral part of a passionate team with streamlined communication channels. Your role involves both collaborative and independent development of websites and applications.

Your primary focus will be on backend development, with an emphasis on PHP frameworks such as WordPress, WooCommerce, or Laravel. You’ll also lead the development team and make technical decisions. On occasion, you may be involved in front-end or dev-ops tasks. We expect you to be available for more than 24 hours per week and spend a minimum of 2 days working at our office in Halfweg.

With a flexible, customer-oriented mindset, you have the ability to share your knowledge and expertise with non-experts and communicate comfortably in both Dutch and English.

  • Extensive experience with PHP
  • Proficiency in WordPress and/or Laravel
  • Experience with APIs, databases, and security./li>
  • Front-end knowledge (HTML, JavaScript, and CSS)
  • Familiarity with GIT version control
  • Basic understanding of DevOps
